I am trying to group in a pivot table columns and sub columns, id like to see the piviot table columns the same as how the monthly tabs show an "extended travel" column with sub columns with "mileage" "meals" "hotel"

I have two value field columns in a pivot chart and I need to calculate a third column (percentage). Column A/Column B *100 I can't figure out how to do that outside of copying the values to a normal sheet and doing it manually. I would like to do it within the pivot table so the values update as the data changes. I have tried calculated fields and I can't get it to work.
