I have a data set where I have many duplicated student IDs (representing the same person) but each row gives me one column of unique information about them (which class they are taking that semester) but all other information (ie. demographics- race etc) is duplicated with the student ID. Therefore, when I go to make pivot tables (to see how many white students are taking AP courses for example) it can be misleading because each student may be represented more than one time (and how many times they are represented varies). What formula can I use to combine/match multiple rows of info into one row? So that each student will only have one row where all their course info is located?
