1. the number of leads each month
2. the total cost of these each month
3. the number of sales each month

Hi,
I'm having a problem with pivot tables. I want to see my company's employees age in groups of 30-39, 40-49 and so on. The problem is my excel knowledge is not good enough to merge individual numbers into these groups. Meaning I can see how many of them are 30, how many are 31 etc. How do I merge the age into these groups?

I am getting the error
