The summery I require is to filter the 'divisions' while being to count the number of 'Yes', 'No' and 'N/A' answers to a given questions Q1, Q2, Q3 etc. I seem to be unable to do this using pivot tables as there is too my variables, is there another way of summarising the data?

As you can see from the spreadsheet I have social needs and up to 4 agency referrals made for each social need. Sometimes a referral is made only to one agency or up to 4 referrals. I am trying to create a pivot table and chart to display this. Because there is 4 different columns for agencies I am having a hard time to combine the agency rows with out loosing the social need that is was created for. I am looking to count the agency referrals made for each social need. Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you for your time.

I have been using pivot tables in excel and my spreadsheet consists of hundreds of inputs. My current issue is that after adjusting my inputs on the pivot table, I am trying to find the average(s) of all of this data, and some of the entries are showing as duplicates and not averaging together.

Have a list of ideas that are measured based on four variables. Three of the variables are distinct goals and the fourth variable are the resources required. All variables are measured on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is the least amount of resources or the lowest goal achievement). I'd like to create a pivot table that clearly shows the ideas ranked based on the three variables (one variable has priority over the other two) compared to the fourth variable (resources).
