Hi, I use excel 2016. 1. When I use Pivot table, how can I hide drop down buttons and still keep the first row.(If I remove the check mart "display field captions and filter drop downs", the first line also was hided). I want to keep the first heading and hide the buttons. 2. How can I choose the several different columns from data sources using Pivot Table. Each time when I select all items in rows, it always put under one by one. I want to it show in different columns in the pivot table.

I need the Pivot Table Wizard in Excel from Office Home and Student 2016 for Mac. The Cmd-Opt-P that works in Excel 2011 for Mac won't work in the 2016 version. I need to add ranges. The Change Data Source doesn't work: it says because I have dat "from multiple consolidation ranges" and it says to use "Command + Option + P" which doesn't work. Is there another way of bringing up the Pivot Table Wizard?

I have a line chart created with 3 series (data sources) total, from 3 pivot tables. I also have 3 filters for each pivot table (the same filter for each table). My issue is that my date ranges on tables #2 & #3 are not showing blank data and keeping the date list the same when I filter the pivot tables. I have selected the Pivot table Display Option to 'Display item labels when no fields are in the values area' and it is doing that for the first pivot table, not for the others. The setting is greyed out for tables #2 & #3 and still checked (although not displayed).

I'm trying to create a pivot table from an external data source I copied into excel, however the important columns, "Address" and "Name", I need to analyze has a 'merged cells' error for some reason and is not letting me pull it into the pivot table.
