There are starting dates and ending dates of when they became customers and when they quit. There are two different services (social media and blogging) and for each service, I have 3 different levels (starter, pro, and enterprise). I need someone to create an excel spreadsheet which will calculate the following:
average customer length for social (starter, pro, and enterprise)
average customer length for blogging (starter, pro, and enterprise)
monthly churn rate for social (starter, pro, and enterprise)
monthly churn rate for blogging (starter, pro, and enterprise)
percentage of "never started". These are spam that we never did work on and shouldn't be counted toward the other numbers.
total amount billed per month for each category
