Need help with add percentage in excel. I need to add up a yearly percentage for 1 metric for all 15 stations i have in separate tabs to tell me a yearly average percentage in the master tab

The data (approx. 46 entries each) is a number relating to how many of a species type has been seen using that method. For example, row 163 is showing a 1000% change but it should be reflecting a negative change. Q3-18 was 0 and Q3-17 was 10 10. The calc should be negative.
