In another tab, I have the Hose Part Number one column, the diameter row is across the top, in the cell where the Part number and diameter intersect is a pressure rating.
User, selects the Pressure and the alloy, I want to return the Hose Part number that falls above the press. rating that was inserted.
For Example: Press. - 250 PSI

The hose has a maximum press. rating, so I would need it to select the part number of the hose that is the closest highest pressure.
