So I am trying to create a Vacancy calendar that i can use to compile automatically and distribute the available vacancy week (max 3 employee in vacancy during the same week) Here my idea: B5,H5,O5 etc ... are the Week # the employee must choose. for B6,H6,O6 etc... i used =COUNTIF and take the data from a table where each employee made their choice On the table, the choice 1 is the one that shall be used if there are 3 or less employee that chose it, If there is more than 3 people who chose it, the second choice will instead be used and the 1 choice should be eliminated. I am struggling to find a solution on how the code can determine the priority of employee, cause the older employee will alway have priority over the newer employee.

Hello, Earlier today we had someone very helpful working on the following sheet. After reviewing I have a couple of bug fixes. 1. In Cell CA70 they had a formula to grab the max times. This really needs to just be set to the start time of the current day. Currently I have added something here just to hack the example. But as they grab the dates from the CB81 fields onwards then we really need the date to come from there. This maybe easier if the original person that worked on it does? as they will understand it quickly. 2. We have looked to add the same for all the other runners but it is not quite working the same, eg the blank cells in the highlighted green areas. D70:74 and F70:74 etc. Kind Regards, Mat

I am trying to automate results of survey results to show what kind of learner someone is. I have a file with the survey answers collated and have used countif formulae to find out which results were most popular for each question. I have also used max function to extract the highest total for each question. I can't figure out which formula to use to relate this number to another set value. Please help!
