We have 2 accounting package that we are running (ACPAC and NETSUITE), we have exported the data into an excel spreadsheet. we are moving another branch over to Netsuite, but some product codes are different for the same item. So we trying to do a comparison that if the item exists in accpac and in netsuite, which a user has manually entered in a column that it does exist, use netsuite's item code on the red sheet column C from orange sheet column C(the lines dont match to do a simple if), but on my one sheet its populating the ACPACS code in the netsuite column. It must only populate a value in red sheet if orange sheet has the "ENTERED" value in Column H
