I have two sets of annual data with the same layout in two worksheets. The first column (A) is the position and starts at 1 (this is sorted based on Column C). Column B is the company name, Column C is how much we've earned from them in the year. I want to add the up/down/equal arrows into Column A based on their position from one year to the next. In my head the formula would need to be (in pure text terms):
Where B1 in Sheet 1 equals B__ [say 10] (some sort of lookup needs to take place) in Sheet 2, If A1<A10 then arrow is down, if A1=A10 then arrow is equal, if A1>A10 then arrow is up
How do I write this as a conditional format?
