I need a formula to separate and order data that I have pasted into Excel, currently all in one section (HC-One 9.4 352 CH, 1 ADC • P) and I want the number previous to CH to be ordered numerically largest to smallest

i have a column with my glass types and a column with my total sware footage for the glass size. i have arranged the glass in order from smallest square footage to largest. i want to make another column where the glass type EX GL-T gets a number added on the end of the glass type EX GL-T1 and +1 if the next piece of glass have a different square footage EX GL-T2
