Is there a way I can quickly add a space within a large, exported report. I am trying to use formulas adding time and the report pulled time as: 12:38pm - Excel can only use it as: 12:38 PM. There are thousands of entries, I am looking for a formula or setting to update them all at once...

I have a 9x9 matrix of cells (C2:K10). Some have numbers in the cells others do not and are empty. I want create a macro that will allow me to set the text format and size of text (or numbers) in those cells, and to pre-set the format of the empty cells to another style and size. I can then clearly identify where the original numbers were, and where the numbers that were subsequently added are placed. I have created to two text formats I want to use and have called them simply Large and Small in the Styles list. I have been trying to use macros to do this but have found that I need to create an “IF” function which I cannot do by recording key strokes. One needs to edit the macro code which is in VB and have not yet fathomed out how to use it. Please can you help

Ex_20 I have been provided with this code by another Support Person but when I try to run it as a macro in an Excel App using VBA code, it fails to recognise the active sheet range. When I start the macro another window opens entitled “GO TO” which seems to suggest to me that it does not recognise the 9x9 array of cells that the macro is supposed to be working on. I will copy to the screen the complete module when I submit this query. Below is a copy of my original problem. I have a 9x9 matrix of cells (C4:K12). Some have numbers in the cells others do not and are empty. I have a set of data that has Country, Company, Job Title, and a Count of available people. I want to return the top 3 companies with the highest count per country, per job title. I thought to use the LARGE function, but this returns the top 3 values for ALL countries/job titles. I am trying to use an IF statement within the large excel function to filter the count range based on the country/job title, but i can't seem to work out how.

I have a large Excel Worksheet with multiple associated with and entity. Each row has many columns, with values in certain fields. The value is basically a true/false value. I want to be able to consolidate all rows for an entity into a summary row, and hide the detail rows. Can this be done and if so, how?

I have a large sheet with Kickstarter campaign information. I want to show how many categories of campaign (film, book, video game, etc) were successful or not successful. How can I do this? I'm basically distilling two large columns into numbers.
