I have created a small test sheet to check that the excel INDEX MATCH formula is working as I need it to.
It seems to mostly work but randomly returns the wrong postcode for a couple of rows.
I have highlighted this postcode in yellow on the lookup column and in green on the return column.
This should match without issue like the other values that work fine (I dragged the formula down from D2).
But for some reason the wrong postcode is being returned (highlighted in red).

If I have one cell with a number in it, how can I have the cell next to it refer to that cell. For example, if I record someones BMI (body mass index) as 22.5, can I automatically have the cell next to it refer to what this means using words, e.g. normal weight, underweight ect?

What I’d like for you to do is:
On the Invoice Print tab:
Column A - starting with Cell A18 there is an index formula that pulls unique values from the Wine & Spirits Supplier tab, which are then used to fill in information in columns B through L – please correct the formula so columns B through H return correct values
Add formulas in column J and L to calculate scanned units and total $$
