I have a sheet of rows documenting patient outcomes by visit date. I am interested in pulling over data into other sheets to return cell entries and do some counting. I am using COUNTIF and cell references (=Sheet1!A1) to accomplish. The hicup is I need to break the data counts/sheets by date of visit. So, I am good on how to count by column at a time, but how do I tell it to grab the range based on the date changing to the next day?

I have a condition where the results of the excel (if and) formula count are negative and logically if the result is negative then zero (0)
example: in the AA column the formula is
= IF (AND (N19> K19, N19> AB19), Z19 * 1, N19-K19)
if AA19 <0 (negative) then the result is 0 or AA19 * 1
