I have a spreadsheet which has future 'eligable' dates entered into one of the columns. I need a formula to show that when it is 12 weeks from said date, it is flagged a colour. Then when it is 6 weeks from the eligable date it flags another colour.
for example:
name DOB eligibilty date
Joe Blogs 01/01/2001 01/01/2019
I would need the information to turn yellow 12 weeks before the eligibility date (so on 09/10/18) then red 6 weeks before the eligibility date (so on the 20/11/18). Is this possible?

I need to make it so the dates in the date column will automatically format the cells as below.
No Date in Cell = Blank
Date within 2 weeks = Yellow
Date Over 2 weeks = Green
Date within one day, or overdue = Red
