check if a payment is weekly or monthly, then check dates, if payment is due on, within 1 week before week ending then add value. if not then add nothing.

I know how to drag the dates so it's Monday to Sunday, but I want the cells when I drag to be week ending. So if my first cell week ending 15/4/20018 I want my next cell when I drag to be 22/4/2018, then 29/4/2018 and so on????
