I have a spreadsheet where I track the status of items that I process i.e. Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc. I want to be able to log the time when the status changes. If I am on step one the date is logged and the formula is static. When I change the status to step two a static date will be entered in step two cell and the date in step one will not be affected.

I hope you can help this is quite tricky to explain. I have a set of random numbers. 1-100 Step 1: It must tell me 0 if below 50 and 1 if above 50. Step 2: If above 50 it must change the rules to 90/10 Step 3: It must tell me 0 for below 90 and then 1 for above 90. As soon as it goes above 90 it should return to Step 1 again, the 50/50 rule
