On Sheet 1, Column C I am trying to use a Count formula to count the number of transactions that fall within certain parameters. All this data has been dumped into Sheet 2. My problem is that my count is counting duplicates. I'd like to keep the fomula I have in column C of Sheet1 but add something else that will allow for not counting duplicates in column J of sheet2
