I know how to get the formula to calculate regular hours for 40 and the overtime pay formal with the time and half. What I'm having trouble with is putting those to formulas together in one cell. I want to know how to only calculate overtime if the employee is listed as "Direct", (ot days x hrs) and not calculate overtime for any employee if not listed as "direct" = 0
