On the allocation tab, I have an allocation number for each city in each column. The allocations cannot overlap the dates from the name column on the Timeline data tab. For each city on the timeline data tab I have created a dropdown list of the items in the POS column on the Lists tab. I need a way to prevent the over allocation of POS items during the timeline constraints.

I created several bar graphs to cast a timeline of data of a 12 month period. The changes in the data are extremely minimal, so the bar graphs look almost identical, however, I want the chart to emphasize these small differences, so I can see stronger differentiation from month to month. Thank you!
