My students have just completed a test. I want to analyse their incorrect answers. I have created a spreadsheet in Excel. Some of the questions are all based on the same subject. If for example questions 1, 2 and 3 were all based on 'punctuation', I want to see the number of incorrect answers in the 'punctuation' category (e.g. questions 1, 2 and 3) combined but as a percentage of 26 (the total number of students who took the test). For some reason, the total percentage keeps going over 100% and I don't understand why.
