I have a large Excel file, about 150MB, with many formulas. In excel 2007, we were able to insert and delete rows fine. In our current Excel, v2016, inserting or deleting rows takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes. Is there any way we can solve this? The delay in inserting/deleting rows makes many macros unusable.

I used to copy rows of data from one Excel 2013 workbook and then insert the copied data rows into another and all my chart ranges expanded as long as i inserted the rows within the rows already in the chart range but since Excel 365 the chart ranges no longer expand to accommodate the new rows of data....????
