I am trying to figure out a formula to return a cell address within an array that contains a portion of look up value.

How do I find and email address such as victoria@hotmail.com in the middle of a cell and return just the email so not the spaces either side.

So i am trying to look up and id that could exist in two columns and return in 1 column the name and the second column i would like to return an address

Hello: 1st goal is to create an excel address list using addresses from mom's personal hard copy address book. 2nd goal is to print Avery address labels from the Excel list to put on postcards. okay, many of mom's addresses are couples with same last name.
