In cell G4, use the PMT function to calculate the monthly payment for the loan. Be sure to use relative cell references. The function should return a negative value. Remember - the key is to make sure all amounts are monthly amounts!

Power Query: [Expression Error] The key didn't match any rows in the table. I use Power Query to get data from a folder which only stores a file. then I keep updating the file (different file names) and I then refresh the pivot table to get updated. But I encounter problems sometimes as I stated above.

I have the error "Cannot download the information you requested" when I click "Refresh All". I have used the "Find" function to no avail. I have looked at "named ranges", "tables" and "Pivot Tables" too. I'm stuck.
