Following an office365 update, excel will not open the personal.xlsb any more. If I try and use 'record macro' to create a new personal macro book, it refuses saying the personal.xlsb must be open. If I open the existing personal.xlsb, I can record new macros, but can't access any of them from the quick access toolbar. It's as though there's a new setting which prevents that book from opening. Please help as we're very reliant on that macro book. Many thanks
