Need help adding to a formula in Excel on Purchase Order - Copy and Paste tab.

I have data within an excel spreadsheet where the plant/mat field repeats, however the purchase order date and net order price do not repeat. I need to figure out a formula to determine if the purchase order date is older and the net order price is greater based on the same plant/mat. I'm trying to create a purchase order template. I use Excel for Mac. I need to have a searchable combo box (or any other suggestion), linked to a list with 1000 clients. I'd like to be able to click on a cell or the combo box and be able to write the first 2 or 3 letters of my client's name and find it, and not have to scroll down a thousand names. The list with names is on a different sheet and not on the first one, which is the interface of the purchase order. Once I select a name, I need other cells to auto populate with address, e-mail and telephone.

I need a corrected formula for: =Purchase!A5/Purchase!C10*Purchase!A6

I need to return a order number in one cell. By matching a part number to a part number list on another sheet. And also, looking at a date of issue raised, against the purchase order received date on the additional sheet.
