Hi, this is my problem. I've made an employee training tracker. Table contains a dropdown list of training courses. Only two of those training courses need to be retaken. Course "A" every 4 years, course "D" every 3 years from the date on another column. I need a formula to calculate the new training date for only course "A" and "D" on another column. Could you please help me?

I have 91 courses. Each course has 45 professors teaching that course. I have to list the course numbers down a column. I need to insert all 45 professors next to each course number. Is there a way to do this besides inserting 45 rows, copying and pasting the 45 professor names and doing it over and over again?

I am having a pivot table problem. The attached file sows the data block and the Pivot Table but there are no Pivot Table Fields for the Pivot Table
