Submitted sheet have one of sheet named called as QAD inspection sheet.Its have one of column it’s called as “Canvas Name” (E3 cell).Canvass is a one of machine parts. My question have two parts and is related to following things. Before that I ill simply explain it.
1) QAD inspection sheet’s I4 columns have YES & No options.If Canvass machines parts changing that’s should be YES.If that become YES then only J to N cells values appeared.How this create.

I have inventory for two different parts being built on two different spreadsheets. The newer part has many of the same components as the older part, and a few parts exclusive to it. I need to keep a total quantity on hand of all of the components in my shop, but I don't know how to get that count to automatically generate from the number of parts that we ship out.
