Hi I need to find out what this excel formula means =(NETWORKDAYS(F2,Q2,'Change of Status'!\$A\$1:\$A\$17)-1)*("16:00"-"08:00")+IF(NETWORKDAYS(P2,P2,'Change of Status'!\$A\$1:\$A\$17),MEDIAN(MOD(P2,1),"16:00","08:00"),"16:00")-MEDIAN(NETWORKDAYS(F2,F2,'Change of Status'!\$A\$1:\$A\$17)*MOD(F2,1),"16:00","08:00") FYI the "change of status" is a tab that includes holidays for the year, Thanks
