If Column A1 is 12.15 and I want to set a formula in column A2 = if A1 is = 9 or less than 9, then the value in A1 needs to be multiply with 48.00 but if A2 is more than 9, then 9 needs to be multiply with 48 + the difference (12.15 - 9 = 3.5) needs to be multiply with 1.5 x 48.
