I need a formula that correctly gives me the cost for hours billed.
In column D11 it has how many hours I need to bill for (example: 2.00) I charge $250 for the first hour and after the first hour i charge $75 per hour.
So if the total hours = 1.00 its just $250. If its 2.00 hours then its $250+75. If its 3.00 hour its $250+75+75. If its 1.42 hours then its $250+31.25 (as its not a full hour)
