I need a formula to convert the numbers in column A and column B into values to get a linear relationship using the equation ln(k)=-(Ea/R)(1/T)+ln(A)

I would like to create a function that will get only the last name on a certain group of name with a complete LN, FN & MN.

I want to be able to search two different columns at the same time in a spread sheet. columns are labeled ln and fn , I want to the formula to return an exact match of last name and first name....so for example If I input Hill as the last name and Susan as the first name I want to have the formula search both columns ln and fn and return an exact match if one exists. Can you help with this?
