I want to be able to search two different columns at the same time in a spread sheet. columns are labeled ln and fn , I want to the formula to return an exact match of last name and first name....so for example If I input Hill as the last name and Susan as the first name I want to have the formula search both columns ln and fn and return an exact match if one exists.
