I am trying to use a V lookup to search the assessment scores of applicants in a table. The table with the assessment scores does not contain all applicants, so i need to use ISNA (I THINK). This is my formula: =IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(B3,Assessment!$A$1:$E$31,5,FALSE)),"-",VLOOKUP(B3,Assessment!$A$1:$E$31,5,FALSE)) It is giving me the "-" for every result.
