Need help on an excel formula. Basically I want to take the number in B2 if that number is between 1000-1499 then *.06, if the number is between 1500-1999 then *.1, if the number is between 2000-2999 then *.12, if number is between 3000-3999 then *.13, if number is over 4000 then * .15. Tried doing a nested IF Function but I can only get it to do the .06 calculation. I do not have much experience with excel.

In excel, I would like to put a number in a cell, and if that number is between limits, then the cell turn a different color. As example, if the number is between 0 and 50, then cell turn red. If it is between 51 and 75, it turn yellow. If it is between 76 and 90, it turn green, and if it is above 91, it turn blue.

I need a conditional formula: If A1 is between 1 and 5 then B1 = A1 - 20%, if A1 is between 6 and 10 then B1 = A1 - 25%, if A1 is between 11 and 20 then B1 = A1 - 30%, if A1 is between 21 and 50 then B1 = A1 - 35%, if A1 is greater than 50 then B1 = A1 - 40%
