I would like to create a template workbook that I only need to enter information once and it will enter same information into several workbooks. I know how to group worksheets and it will enter in multiple worksheets, but that is the same cell only?! I would rather do in multiple workbooks, but can use same if needed but definitely needs to be different cells.

Hi, I have a table that shows a list of groups (group a, group b etc) and displays that there are 2 people in group 'a', 5 people in group 'b', 2 people in group 'c', 6 people in group 'd' etc... I would like to format/display the list show so it only shows the groups that have 2 or less people in each group... I am a complete excel novice.... Thanks you!
