I have a report sheet with ring group names in one column starting A2:A128. In row A1:O1 are fields like Calls answered, Calls abandon, then in those columns there are numbers for each ring group that gets calls or abandon calls... numbering how many calls went where. What I am trying to do is make excel automatically find the ring group name and automatically spit out the combined number of calls for the whole sheet.
