For example if i copy data from one sheet and paste it as a link does it create a one-way link or a 2-way link and does the link break if the source or destination is changed. Also how efficient/inefficient are links? if i have 5000 links will it be a heavy performance loss?

So i kept getting links disabled links to external workbooks are not supported and have been disabled, after i tried to break them and re upload the spreadsheet into sharepoint i then got a file corrupt error

I would like to know if it is possible to link a pdf file into excel while also have it open to a specific page. Hyperlinks do not work because the links break when I email my excel file with all the links. The only other option I know is to embed the pdf file but I do not know how to make it open to a desired page. Any help appreciated.
