WANT TO SORT A GROUP OF CELLS TOGETHER SORTING BY ONE CELL IN THAT GROUP

Hi, I have a table that shows a list of groups (group a, group b etc) and displays that there are 2 people in group 'a', 5 people in group 'b', 2 people in group 'c', 6 people in group 'd' etc... I would like to format/display the list show so it only shows the groups that have 2 or less people in each group... I am a complete excel novice.... Thanks you!

I need to copy cells into a worksheet that is sorted with a filter where it keeps rows 1-10 for example of my copied cells and applies it to rows 1,7,35, etc in the sorted group. How Can I do this without, when coping the first group of cells, it only allowing me to copy rows 1,7,35 etc over to the sorted group?
