I need to copy a row from multiple sheets/tabs in a spreadsheet to a summary sheet/tab anytime a cell equals yes in one of the first five sheets/tabs. e.g. if cell O2 in sheet 1 = "Yes", I want the full row, a2 through v2 to be copied to the summary sheet/tab. I have a column with a number 1410. I want to take that number and put it in another column and add five digit to it. I want to do this all the way down and want the additional five digits to increment sequentially. ie 141000001, 142000002, etc... What would be the formula?

Is it possible to get a summary of items entered. eg If I have a table, quantity, item number, description. And I have a summary sheet. Can this summary sheet pick up if and of the quantity fields has a number in then it will appear on the summary sheet as quantity and description? thanks
