I am trying to make a chart that will change values dependent on a drop down list of "yes" or "no". I.E Will have a specific sum value when the drop down menu says yes, and 0 when the drop down menu says no

I have multiple cells with drop down list in excel with "yes" or "No". I would like the user to be allowed to select yes to only one of the cell and prevent him from selecting others.
