Is there a possibility in excel to create such a spreadsheet, to be able to generate a random combination with these criteria and rules? So, there will be 12 stations, each station consists out of 2 exercises. So there will be 24 exercises each session. Since it will be a full body workout, we will divide the workouts focusing on chest&shoulder, back, legs, core, cardio, triceps and biceps. Also these exercises cannot be duplicated in one session. Next to this, there are 25 fitness equipment which will need to be assigned to the 24 exercises, mind you each fitness equipment has only an availability of certain amount.
