I'm trying to create a simple formula to monitor if a company is certified. Report data in green & my formulas to flag > 4 months expiration (orange). Facts are that a company only needs one person with each certification. So while my formula flags if someone's certification is about to expire. I'm trying to create a formula that will see that another person in the same company has the certification. In the sample attached Company A should be flagged as needing review since both of their Test 1 certifications are going to expire in 4 months; however, Company B is still okay b/c they have another person with the test not expired.
