What I need it to do is that if one of the lines in sheet "DLY Export" are empty apart from the last 3 lines, it actually has to count it in the upper row which is completely filled out.

I have a spread sheet with line level information on shipments. A pivot table returns the number of hazardous lines per shipment. I want to know how many shipment have Haz lines, per shipper per day. Not how many haz lines there are. There has to be a simple solution I'm missing but every solution I try end up with a sum of the haz lines not a count of the orders with haz lines on them.
