I want to use a template in Word called Directory Membership. I have my church member info in an excel database. Can I import that info into the template or mail merge it somehow? All the answers I have found rely on using a blank word document but never a template.

I need to create a spreadsheet that automatically populates a job description template. I want the user to be able to checkbox job descrition actions based off of job function and once selected to prefill a blank template. I also want to limit the options selected to 10.

For instance, I don't want the final output to reference the other sheet as we will be changing the Check Creator sheet as needed. Let me know if this is possible.
