I'm trying to change the row height in Excel (I have to increase the row height by 1/3). When I tried to change it manually, the row would only change in increments of 1 pixel (I couldn't get 15.33, only 15 or 16). When I tried to change the row height to 15.33 through Format, the row height would change to 15.25. How can I change the height to the exact measurement that I want?

I have an Excel file with approx 4000 rows. Suddenly some rows disappeared. They don't seem to be hidden because I can't unhide them. They seem to have a row height of 0 but I can't adjust the height for multiple rows. When I select a row range that includes them and adjust the height to >0. This won't make them appear. I can 1 by 1 drag their height but since more then 1000 rows are included this is impossible.
