I need to sort a table of data by its score in the last column of the data. I will go to sort> custom sort> column = score> Sort by = values > order = smallest to largest. Excel will not rearrange the data.

I am trying to create a custom sort list. I selected the column I wish to sort, went to the data tab, clicked the sort button and the sort tab or menu appeared but when I select custom list on the order drop down it gives me a few other sort options such as organizing by date just not an actual custom list option. I have a 2017 16.11.1 version on a Mac. If you can help me out that would be great, Thanks.

I have Mac Excel 2016. I need to sort a column in a way which is neither ascending nor descending, and it doesn't concern days of week or months. It won't let me create my own order in custom sort.

1. Create an Excel table named ArtHoldings, in which the contents are sorted by Location, Category, and Condition. Use a custom sort list for Condition (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor). Turn off Filter arrows on the table.
