I am trying to create a custom sort list. I selected the column I wish to sort, went to the data tab, clicked the sort button and the sort tab or menu appeared but when I select custom list on the order drop down it gives me a few other sort options such as organizing by date just not an actual custom list option. I have a 2017 16.11.1 version on a Mac. If you can help me out that would be great, Thanks.

I am trying to create a progress circle chart in Excel 2016. Within change series chart type it selects one data series through a 'custom' combination chart which i cannot find on on my excel version. No 'custom' option is available. Can I select the data series in another way?
