countif column f contains "FT" AND column B does not contain a blank

please help populate column contents of 1 of 7 options. The formula should look in a single column for the digit 1,2,3,4,6 or it should understand that it is "blank". It should then populate with the contents of different columns accordingly. I need to count a cell that contains a certain text but omit the text that contains the same text but with extra. For example, I want to count a cell that contains "HM2" but I don't want to count the cell that contains "HM21". Please help, been stuck for so long.
